This role involves reviewing new and renewal business, approving policy changes, and managing account activities to ensure smooth operations and compliance with underwriting standards.

• Support Underwriters with risk analysis and underwriting decisions within defined limits.
• Review submissions, conduct vulnerability scanning, and complete ransomware application checks.
• Prepare quotes and documentation in line with underwriting guidelines.
• Confirm pricing and binding conditions are met.
• Maintain strong broker and client relationships, serving as the first point of contact for inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with underwriting controls and service level agreements.
• Attend training sessions and contribute to team meetings.

• Proven administrative experience, ideally within insurance or financial services.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
• Proficiency in MS Office and accurate data entry skills.
• Previous experience as an Underwriting Assistant is advantageous.
