Job summary

Relation Insurance Inc. is seeking a Personal Lines Service Leader to oversee the department, train Team Leads and Account Managers, and address escalated client issues. The role requires leadership, insurance knowledge, and a focus on service excellence.

You will coach staff, participate in hiring, ensure adherence to standards, and utilize innovative technology to deliver best-in-class client service. A four-year degree and relevant licenses are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years’ account management experience in the insurance industry with a focus on personal lines.
• Four-year degree preferred.
• Licenses (Personal Lines and/or Property and Casualty) preferred; designations (CISR, CIC, CPCU) encouraged.
• Experience with EPIC and AMS360 strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills; strong communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the department and mentors team members.
• Leads meetings and 1:1s for development and goal alignment.
• Partners with HR to address performance concerns and hiring needs.
• Oversees training, audits, and process improvements; supports cross-sell opportunities.
• Drives timely performance reviews and ensures service standards are met.
