Relation Insurance seeks a Personal Lines Service Leader to oversee the department, train leaders, and address escalated client issues. You will coach team members, participate in hiring, and ensure service standards are met while aligning with business goals.

Ideal candidat e has a Personal Lines or P&C license, 8+ years in account management, and strong analytical, PowerPoint, and Excel skills. Travel to client sites may be required.

Qualifikationen

• Licensed in Personal Lines and/or Property & Casualty (P&C) from domicile state.
• Four-year degree preferred.
• Experience with EPIC and AMS360 is strongly preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of account management experience in insurance, focus on personal lines.

Aufgaben

• Oversee the Personal Lines department and mentor team leads, account managers and client service staff.
• Lead team meetings and 1:1s for development and goal alignment.
• Coordinate hiring and staff training; conduct performance reviews.
• Address escalated client issues and provide coaching to improve performance.
