Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with rollout and communication of HR initiatives, policies, and procedures.
• Provide employee relations guidance and resolve conflicts.
• Collaborate with managers to identify risks and support investigations and grievances.
• Manage HR functions such as employment, labor relations, and compensation for a business unit.
• Conduct training on topics including performance management and diversity.
• Apply knowledge of standard HR practices to deliver solutions.
• Coach colleagues and share domain knowledge.
