CBRE is seeking a People Business Partner for the East Region who will help roll out HR initiatives, policies, and procedures. This remote USA role requires residency near Philadelphia or New York, with frequent travel to sites (up to 40% monthly).

You will support onboarding, performance management, and employee relations while coordinating with the People Strategy and Operations function. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) and 5–8 years in HR, plus strong MS

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
• Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, PeopleSoft & SmartSheet etc.
• Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.
• Sophisticated math skills. Ability to calculate mildly complex figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.

• Provide employee relations guidance, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions and performance improvement counseling.
• Identify employment-related risks with managers and begin investigations and grievances.
