Responsibilities

• Roll-out and communicate HR initiatives, policies and procedures.
• Develop onboarding, career ladders, succession planning and performance management.
• Provide employee relations guidance and disciplinary support.
• Collaborate with managers on risk discovery and investigations.
• Manage HR functions for a business unit, including labor relations and compensation.
• Conduct trainings on performance, diversity, and related topics.
• Model CBRE RISE values and lead by example.
