Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with onboarding, career ladders, succession planning and performance management initiatives.
• Provide employee relations guidance and assist with disciplinary actions.
• Identify employment-related risks and support investigations and grievances.
• Manage HR functions such as employment, labor relations and compensation for business units.
• Conduct trainings on topics including performance management and diversity.
• Apply knowledge to deliver innovative HR solutions and coach colleagues.
