Qualifications

• 1–3 years in HR or related administrative role.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient with common HR/ATS tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage and triage the shared People Operations inbox, routing inquiries to the appropriate team.
• Assist with leave management tasks, including tracking requests and updating records.
• Contact tax agencies as needed to resolve payroll or tax-related administrative matters.
• HR/People Ops platform administration including HRIS, employee recognition platform, and internal team site upkeep.
• Support other ad hoc People Operations projects and administrative tasks.
