Vynca Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented People Operations Coordinator to support HR and Talent teams. The role focuses on keeping hiring processes running smoothly and handling people-related administrative tasks with discretion.

Local to Los Angeles, CA or Austin, TX is a plus, with remote and in-person work options. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in HR/People Ops and strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in HR or related admin role.
• Strong organizational skills and multi-tasking ability.
• High degree of discretion and judgment with confidential information.

Responsabilités

• Manage and triage the shared People Operations inbox, responding to routine inquiries and routing complex issues to the appropriate team member.
• Assist with leave management administrative tasks, including tracking requests, updating records, and following up on documentation as needed.
• Contact tax agencies as needed to resolve payroll or tax-related administrative matters.
• HR/People Ops platform administration including, HRIS, employee recognition platform, internal team site upkeep.
• Support other ad hoc People Operations projects and administrative tasks as assigned.
