The role involves inbox triage, leave management, payroll/tax coordination with agencies, HRIS and ATS administration, and ad hoc projects, with both remote and on-site work options.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in HR, People Operations, recruiting coordination, or related administrative role.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple schedules and priorities.
• High degree of discretion when handling confidential information.
• Proficiency with common HR/ATS tools and handling standard HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage and triage the shared People Operations inbox and route complex issues.
• Assist with leave management tasks, tracking requests and updating records.
• Coordinate with tax agencies on payroll/tax-related matters as needed.
• Administer HRIS, recognition platforms, and internal sites.
• Support ad hoc People Operations projects and administrative tasks.
