Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking an HR Business Partner to provide comprehensive HR support for a large hourly workforce and business leaders. You will drive talent management, employee engagement, and operational excellence through data-driven insights and strategic partnership.

You may lead a team of entry-level HR staff, own projects improving the employee experience, and partner with leaders to implement equitable talent practices. Onsite work at an Amazon facility is required.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon experience
• 2+ years of human resources experience or equivalent experiences
• Experience supporting and/or leading employee-focused processes such as onboarding, benefits, investigations, training and/or talent management

• Improve site effectiveness by identifying systemic patterns and ensuring fair policy application
• Use data analytics to identify trends and drive improvements in employee experience and business performance
• Execute and monitor employee engagement strategies and recognition programs
• Coach leaders on people management, performance feedback, and talent development
• Support equitable talent practices across selection, development, and advancement decisions
• Drive adoption of HR technology, AI, and self-service tools while maintaining high-touch service
