Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC seeks an HR Business Partner to provide HR generalist support to a large hourly workforce and business leaders. You will drive talent management, engagement initiatives, and internal customer service while leveraging data from HR metrics to guide decisions.

You may lead entry-level HR staff and own projects that enhance employee experience, blending strategic initiatives with hands-on HR execution onsite at an Amazon facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
• 2+ years of human resources experience or equivalent experiences (e.g., operations, customer service, retail, distribution, shipping/logistics, healthcare, hospitality, manufacturing).
• Experience supporting and/or leading employee-focused processes such as onboarding, benefits, investigations, training and/or talent management.

Responsibilities

• Improve site effectiveness by identifying systemic patterns, addressing root causes, and making high-judgment decisions that align with policy intent while minimizing risk.
• Use data analytics to identify emerging trends, predict future challenges, and implement proactive solutions at the site level.
• Execute and monitor employee engagement strategies and recognition programs; maintain floor presence to gather insights and drive improvements.
• Coach leaders on people management practices, including performance feedback, team development, and employee relations matters.
• Partner with leaders to ensure equitable talent practices across selection, development, and advancement decisions.
