Amazon is seeking an HR Business Partner to provide broad HR generalist support for hourly employees and business leaders. You will partner with leaders to drive talent management, employee engagement, and operational excellence, leveraging data-driven insights and HR metrics to deliver measurable business impact.

Role may involve leading a team of entry-level HR staff and owning projects that enhance the employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 2+ years Amazon experience acceptable.
• Experience supporting or leading employee-focused processes (onboarding, benefits, investigations, training, talent management).
• Strong coaching, influencing, and partnership-building skills with leaders.

Responsabilités

• Improve site effectiveness by identifying systemic patterns and implementing compliant policies.
• Use data analytics to identify trends and drive improvements in employee experience.
• Execute and monitor employee engagement strategies and recognition programs.
• Coach leaders on performance feedback, team development, and complex employee relations matters.
• Partner with leaders to ensure equitable talent practices across selection, development, and advancement.
• Drive adoption of HR technology and AI tools to enhance user experience and efficiency.
