Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking an HR Business Partner to provide HR generalist support for hourly employees and business leaders. You will lead talent management, employee engagement, and internal customer service while leveraging data-driven insights to improve workforce outcomes.

You may mentor entry-level HR staff and own projects that enhance the employee experience, balancing strategic work with on-the-ground HR processes and policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon experience.
• 2+ years of human resources or equivalent experience (operations, customer service, retail, distribution, shipping/logistics, healthcare, hospitality, manufacturing).
• Experience supporting or leading employee-focused processes including onboarding, benefits, investigations, training or talent management.

Responsibilities

• Improve site effectiveness by identifying systemic patterns and making high-judgment decisions that align with policy while maintaining compliance.
• Use data analytics to identify trends and drive proactive HR initiatives at the site level.
• Execute and monitor employee engagement strategies and recognition programs; maintain floor presence to gather insights.
• Coach business leaders on people management, performance feedback, and complex employee relations.
• Partner with leaders to ensure equitable talent practices across selection, development and advancement decisions.
• Drive adoption of HR technology solutions, AI, and self-service tools to enhance user experience.
