Job summary

Amazon is seeking an HR Business Partner to provide HR generalist support to a large population of hourly employees and leaders. You will partner with business leaders to deliver talent management, employee engagement, and internal service initiatives.

The role emphasizes data-driven insights and high-touch service delivery on-site at an Amazon facility. You may lead an entry-level HR team and own projects that enhance the employee experience, balancing strategic and tactical responsibilities

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent or 2+ years Amazon experience.
2+ years HR experience or equivalent (e.g., operations, customer service, retail, distribution).
Experience supporting onboarding, benefits, investigations, training or talent management.

Responsibilities

Improve site effectiveness by identifying patterns and ensuring policy compliance.
Use data analytics to identify trends and drive improvements in employee experience.
Execute and monitor employee engagement strategies and recognition programs.
Coach leaders on performance feedback, team development, and complex employee relations.
Partner with leaders to ensure equitable talent practices across selection and development.
