Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking an HR Business Partner to provide HR generalist support for a large hourly workforce and business leaders, focusing on talent management, employee experience, and operational excellence. You will lead data-driven initiatives and may oversee entry-level HR staff to enhance the employee experience.

You will work onsite at an Amazon facility, partnering with leaders to drive inclusive, high-performing teams and effective policy implementation across the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
• 2+ years of human resources or equivalent experience.
• Experience supporting or leading employee-focused processes including onboarding, benefits, investigations, training or talent management.

Responsibilities

• Improve site effectiveness by identifying systemic patterns and applying policies with evolving regulations.
• Use data analytics to identify trends and drive proactive HR initiatives at the site level.
• Execute and monitor employee engagement strategies and recognition programs.
• Coach leaders on people management, performance feedback, and employee relations matters.
• Partner with leaders to ensure equitable talent practices across selection and development decisions.
• Drive adoption of HR technology solutions, AI, and self-service tools while maintaining high-touch service.
