Clarity Pediatrics, Inc. is seeking a Physician Liaison based in Austin, TX to build relationships with pediatric practices and drive referrals for ADHD and related conditions.

You’ll spend five days a week in clinics, presenting the value of Clarity’s care model and coordinating referrals with physicians and front-desk staff. The role emphasizes a strong playbook, physician education, and rapid field learnings in Texas.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in healthcare sales or provider relations; pediatrics or behavioral health is a plus; track record of meeting/quota targets.
• Clinical background is a real advantage; credibility in physician rooms if you have care-delivery experience.
• You work fast and juggle many accounts at once; you should be comfortable in fast-moving environments.
• You can walk into a room cold; the front desk is a tough door and you should engage quickly.
• You can present to a full practice; in-services require attention and engaging content.
• You’re disciplined about documentation; you keep CRM records complete and current.
• You learn fast, take coaching, and adapt quickly; in Texas, travel within Austin is routine.
• Based in Austin; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Responsibilities

• Activate new clinics: manage a target list in the Austin area and convert clinics into referring partners.
• Give in-services to physicians and staff, explaining conditions treated and referral pathways.
• Grow the clinics you win by building relationships with physicians, medical staff, and office managers.
• Set up clinical presentations with medical advisors and clinicians.
• Document all activity in the CRM on the day of interaction.
• Provide market feedback to the team on what works in Texas and what to adjust.
