Job summary

Clarity Pediatrics in Austin, TX is seeking a Physician Liaison to own the ground game: entering pediatric practices, earning trust, and turning relationships into referrals. This field role is five days a week, engaging at front desks, lunches, and hallways to drive ADHD and obesity referrals.

You’ll execute the Texas playbook, deliver clinical presentations with our physicians, document every interaction in the CRM, and report insights to help grow our network of clinics.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in healthcare sales or provider relations.
• Clinical background is a real advantage.
• Ability to visit many clinics and manage multiple priorities.
• Comfort presenting to physicians and staff.

Responsibilities

• Activate new clinics across the Austin metro.
• Run in-services for whole practices.
• Grow the clinics you win by building physician relationships.
• Set up physician-led presentations with medical advisors.
• Document all activities in the CRM with current records.
• Provide market feedback to inform strategy.
