Job summary

Clarity Pediatrics is building a field-based Physician Liaison role in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. You will travel to pediatric practices five days a week, nurturing trust with physicians and front desk staff to generate referrals for ADHD, obesity, and related conditions.

The role requires 2+ years in healthcare sales or provider relations, with a clinical background considered a real advantage. A strong playbook will guide you, with ongoing learning and field feedback welcome.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in healthcare sales or provider relations.
• Pediatrics or behavioral health experience is a plus.
• A proven track record of meeting or beating targets.

Responsibilities

• Activate new clinics across Dallas–Fort Worth; prospect, book meetings, and convert practices into referring partners.
• Run in-services to explain what Clarity treats and which providers to refer.
• Grow the clinics won by building physician relationships and expanding the referral network.
