Clarity Pediatrics in Austin is hiring a Senior Physician Liaison to own the Texas market. You will manage clinic partnerships, train staff, and drive referrals from pediatric practices, while shaping expansion playbooks.

You’ll report to the Growth GM, with field-intensive duties four to five days weekly. The role requires 5+ years in healthcare sales or provider relations, a clinical background, and strong CRM usage to document progress and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in healthcare sales or provider relations.
• Clinical background is a real advantage for credibility in field discussions.
• Ability to build and manage a territory with independent drive and discipline.
• Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce or Zoho to track activity and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Activate new clinics across the Austin metro; manage the territory like a personal book of business.
• Deliver in-services to physicians and staff; communicate what Clarity treats and how to refer patients.
• Grow and maintain clinic relationships; turn first referrals into ongoing partnerships.
• Help shape the target list and playbook for new markets and recruit field staff.
• Document all accounts, visits, and outcomes in the CRM on the same day they occur.
