Job summary

Clarity Pediatrics in Austin, TX is seeking a Senior Physician Liaison to own the Texas market and help build our liaison team. You’ll be in clinics four to five days a week, meeting pediatricians and explaining how Clarity delivers ADHD and obesity care.

You’ll shape the target lists, hire liaisons in other markets, and drive a data-driven playbook with strong field execution. Strong clinical background is a plus and leadership potential is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in healthcare sales or provider relations.
• Built a territory from a standing start.
• Clinical background is a real advantage.
• Ready to lead and mentor others.
• You work fast and handle multiple priorities.
• You can walk into a room cold and engage physicians.

Responsibilities

• Activate new clinics across the Austin metro and turn practices into referring partners.
• Run in-services with physicians and staff to explain what Clarity treats and how to refer.
• Grow the clinics you win by building relationships with physicians and office staff.
• Prioritize and refine the target list based on referrals, payer mix, and field insights.
• Set up clinical presentations with medical advisors and clinicians.
• Help build and ramp the liaison team, including interviewing and field exposure.
• Document every account, contact, visit, and outcome in the CRM in real time.
