Job summary

Clarity Pediatrics in Texas is hiring a Senior Physician Liaison for Austin to own the market and help build the liaison team. This field role requires four to five days a week on-site at clinics, front desks, and in corridors engaging pediatric practices.

You'll target a list of practices, move introductions forward, and give physicians reasons to refer ADHD, anxiety, or obesity patients. Leadership opportunities exist as you scale across markets.

Responsibilities

• Activate new clinics: run Austin territory, prospect cold, book meetings, convert to referrers.
• Run in-services: present to practices and teach what to refer and how to refer.
• Grow the clinics you win: build relationships with physicians and staff to become default.
• Decide who we call on: help build and prioritize the target list using referrals and payer mix.
• Set up clinical presentations: schedule physician-led presentations with medical advisors.
• Help us build the liaison team: source candidates, sit in on interviews, ramp new hires.
• Document your work: log accounts, contacts, visits, outcomes in CRM on the same day.
