Job summary

Clarity Pediatrics, Inc. is building a virtual pediatric ADHD clinic and seeking a Senior Physician Liaison for Austin. You will own the market, run lead with physician practices, and help build a field team.

Expect four to five days a week in clinics and at the front desk, with a defined playbook from California adapting to Texas conditions. You’ll report to the Head of GTM and Growth GM, helping to expand referrals and drive clinic activation, while shaping the future liaison team across

Qualifications

• 5+ years in healthcare sales or provider relations.
• Pediatrics or behavioral health experience a plus.
• Track record of exceeding quota in a competitive market.
• Ability to build and lead a field team.
• Strong field presentation and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Activate new clinics across the Austin metro.
• Deliver in-services to physicians and staff.
• Grow the clinics you win by building relationships with clinicians.
• Prioritize and refine the target list based on market insights.
• Arrange and conduct clinical presentations with medical advisors.
• Help hire and ramp new liaison team members.
• Document every account, contact, visit and outcome in the CRM.
• Provide market feedback to the Growth General Manager.
