Job summary

Clarity Pediatrics in the United States is seeking a Physician Liaison to own the ground game across Dallas–Fort Worth, building trust with pediatric practices and turning them into referrals for ADHD, anxiety, or obesity care.

You will be in clinics five days a week, engaging front desk staff and physicians, delivering our playbook, running in-services, and documenting every contact in the CRM to shape Texas market growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in healthcare sales or provider relations.
• Pediatrics or behavioral health experience is a plus.
• Track record of meeting or beating a sales target.
• Clinical background is a real advantage.
• Ability to move quickly and manage multiple priorities.
• Comfort entering rooms and engaging front desks.

Responsibilities

• Activate new clinics in Dallas–Fort Worth and convert referrals.
• Run in-services for physicians and staff at the practice.
• Grow the clinics you win by building relationships with physicians and staff.
• Set up physician-led presentations with medical advisors.
• Document all accounts, contacts, visits, and outcomes in the CRM daily.
• Provide market feedback to the team on what lands with Texas pediatricians.
