Job summary

Clarity Pediatrics is seeking a Physician Liaison in Austin to own the ground game—engaging pediatric practices, earning physician trust, and turning relationships into referrals for ADHD and chronic care management.

You will be in clinics five days a week, meeting frontline staff and physicians, delivering the playbook, and driving referral growth while adapting to Texas market dynamics.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in healthcare sales or provider relations.
• Pediatrics or behavioral health is a plus.
• Able to hit or beat a number.
• Based in Austin with valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Activate new clinics and manage a territory across Austin.
• Deliver in-service presentations to physicians and staff.
• Build and maintain relationships with referring providers.
• Document all activities in the CRM daily.
• Provide feedback on market conditions and playbook effectiveness.
