Job summary

Clarity Pediatrics in Austin, TX is hiring a Physician Liaison to own the ground game. This field role requires five days a week in clinics, engaging front desks and physicians to drive referrals for ADHD and other pediatric care.

You’ll work from a playbook, delivering clinical presentations and expanding our referral network. Clinical background (nurse/MA) is a real advantage in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in healthcare sales or provider relations.
• Pediatrics or behavioral health experience is a plus.
• Proven track record of meeting or beating a number.
• Clinical background (nurse or MA) is a real advantage.
• Able to manage many accounts and move quickly in a fast-paced field.

Responsibilities

• Activate new clinics and manage a target list across the Austin metro; build referrals.
• Deliver in-services to physicians and staff; communicate what Clarity treats and how to refer.
• Grow and maintain clinics and physician relationships to keep referrals flowing.
• Set up clinical presentations with our medical advisors and clinicians in the room.
• Document work in the CRM daily; keep records current and actionable.
