Job summary

Auris is seeking a Payroll Territory Manager to prospect and present Auris Payroll solutions to small and mid-sized merchants. You will work with the PDM, use Atlas CRM for lead generation and contract processing, and coach Senior Product Advisors. After training, you’ll set your own schedule to maximize residual income.

You will engage with clients face-to-face or by phone, close sales in a fast cycle, and build partnerships through referrals to grow the territory and portfolio.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Valid Driver’s License and valid automobile insurance.
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check.
• Must live in area relative to job posting location.
• At least two years of relevant experience.
• Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new clients into Payroll/HCM services realm.
• Maintain client records in CRM (Atlas).
• Achieve minimum production requirements and secure initial appointments.
• Continue learning current product portfolio and industry updates.
• Attend weekly team meetings and one-on-one with leader.
• Train and coach Senior Product Advisors (SPAs).
• Provide status updates to the Payroll Division Manager (PDM).
• Other duties as needed.
