Auris is seeking a Payroll Client Advisor to prospect and present Auris Payroll solutions to small and mid-sized merchants. You will report to a Payroll Division Manager and will train with a Territory Manager.

Expect to close deals through a fast sales cycle, using Salesforce for lead generation and contract processing. During training, you will be paired with your PDM/PTM and then may set your own schedule to maximize upside from 100% commission, residuals, and portfolio equity.

Qualificações

• 18 years of age or older.
• Valid Driver’s License and auto insurance.
• 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Must live in area relative to job posting location.
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check.
• Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills.
• Works well independently and as part of a team.
• Professional demeanor and integrity.
• High sense of urgency and innate sales talent.
• Able to be in the field at least 50% of the time.

Responsabilidades

• Prospect new clients.
• Maintain client records in CRM (Salesforce) with call notes and contacts.
• Meet minimum production requirements and secure first appointments.
• Stay updated on current product/service portfolio and fintech developments.
• Attend weekly team meetings and one-on-one with a leader.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
