Auris is recruiting a Payroll Client Advisor to prospect, present, and close payroll solutions for small to mid-sized businesses in a fast sales cycle. You’ll report to a Payroll Division Manager and train with a Territory Manager, using Salesforce for lead gen, analysis, and paperless contracts.

After training, you’ll set your own schedule and benefit from 100% commission potential plus residuals. Expect in-person and phone presentations to grow Auris' client base across the region.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Valid Driver’s License and auto insurance.
• Pre-employment background check cleared.
• Must live in area relative to job location.
• At least two years of relevant sales experience.
• Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• High urgency with strong sales talent.
• Comfort with cold-calling and in-person meetings.
• Field presence about 50% of the time.

Responsabilités

• Prospect new clients and set up appointments.
• Maintain client records in Salesforce with calls and notes.
• Meet minimum production requirements and close opportunities.
• Develop knowledge of Auris product portfolio and fintech trends.
• Attend weekly team meetings and one-on-one with leaders.
• Other duties as needed.
