Job summary

Auris, a payroll and HR partner, is seeking a Payroll Territory Manager to prospect and present Auris payroll solutions to small and mid-sized businesses. You will train Payroll Client Advisors, set appointments, and close deals within a fast sales cycle, using Salesforce CRM to manage leads and opportunities.

During training, the PDM will accompany you on initial calls and appointments, after which you’ll schedule your own calendar to maximize residuals and portfolio equity while building a

Qualifications

• 18+ years old.
• Valid Driver’s License and auto insurance.
• Pre-employment background check.
• Must live in the posting area.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills.
• Independent and team player with professional demeanor.
• High urgency and innate sales talent.
• Willingness to be in the field 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new clients for Payroll/HCM services.
• Maintain client records in Salesforce CRM.
• Meet minimum production requirements and secure appointments.
• Increase knowledge of product portfolio and fintech industry.
• Attend weekly team and one-on-one meetings with leadership.
• Train and coach Payroll Client Advisors reporting to you.
• Provide status updates to the Payroll Division Manager.
• Additional duties as needed.
