Job summary

Auris is seeking a Payroll Territory Manager to prospect, present Auris Payroll solutions, and close deals with small to mid-sized merchants. You will report to the Payroll Division Manager and train Payroll Client Advisors. You will leverage Salesforce for lead generation, set appointments, and perform on-site client analyses to close sales.

Role involves field work up to 50% and collaboration with the PDM to drive a fast, high-velocity sales cycle and cross-functional partnerships.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• At least two years of relevant sales experience.
• Must live in area relative to job posting location.
• Excellent prospecting, communication and networking skills.
• Ability to be in the field 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting new clients into our Payroll/HCM services realm.
• Maintain existing/prospective client records in the CRM system (Salesforce).
• Achieve minimum production requirements and secure a WIN.
• Continuously build knowledge of product/service portfolio and fintech developments.
• Attend weekly team meetings and one-on-one with the leader.
• Train and coach Payroll Client Advisors who report to you.
• Provide status updates to the reporting PDM.
• Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
