Job summary

Auris, the payroll and HR partner now part of Acrisure, seeks a Payroll Territory Manager to prospect and close deals with small to mid-sized merchants. You will work with Atlas CRM, set appointments, present payroll solutions, and train Senior Product Advisors.

The role requires field sales, travel up to 50%, strong prospecting, presentation and networking skills, and the ability to build a regional client base with uncapped commissions and residuals.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Valid Driver’s License and automobile insurance.
• Pre-employment background check.
• Must live in area relative to job posting location.
• At least two years of relevant experience.
• Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills.
• Works well independently and as part of a team.
• Incentive-driven sales hunter.
• Professional demeanor and integrity.
• High sense of urgency and innate sales talent.
• Enjoys cold-calling and face-to-face conversations.
• Field availability up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new clients into Payroll/HCM services.
• Maintain client records in Atlas CRM.
• Achieve production requirements and secure first-time appointments.
• Build knowledge of product portfolio and fintech developments.
• Attend weekly team meetings and one-on-one with leader.
• Train and coach Senior Product Advisors (SPAs).
• Provide status updates to the Payroll Division Manager (PDM).
• May take on additional responsibilities as needed.
