Job summary

Auris is looking for a Payroll Territory Manager to prospect, present, and close payroll solutions for small to mid-sized businesses across the region. You will train Payroll Client Advisors and collaborate with the Payroll Division Manager to optimize the sales process.

During training you’ll learn the tablet-based Salesforce CRM for lead gen, proposals, and contract processing. After training, you’ll set your own schedule to maximize residuals and compensation opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience.
• Ability to prospect and build a client pipeline.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong networking and relationship-building.
• Valid driver's license and be willing to travel.
• Live in area relative to posting location and be in the field 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting new clients into Payroll/HCM services realm
• Maintain client records in CRM (Salesforce)
• Achieve minimum production requirements and set first appointments
• Develop knowledge of product portfolio and fintech industry
• Attend weekly team meetings and 1-on-1 with leader
• Train and coach Payroll Client Advisors
• Provide status updates to PDM
• Additional responsibilities as needed
