Job summary

Auris, now part of Acrisure, seeks a Payroll Territory Manager to prospect and present payroll solutions to small and mid-sized merchants. You will close deals through a fast sales cycle, while training Senior Product Advisors and coordinating with the Payroll Division Manager.

Expect field work and performance-based growth. You will use Atlas CRM to manage leads, set appointments, and analyze client needs, continuing relationships to upsell Auris products.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of relevant sales experience.
• Reliable driver with active license and insurance.
• Willingness to work on-site and in the field 50% of the time.
• Strong prospecting, presentation, and networking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new clients for Payroll/HCM services.
• Maintain client records in Atlas CRM with accurate notes.
• Meet minimum production requirements and secure first-time appointments.
• Stay updated on product portfolio and fintech developments.
• Attend team meetings and coach Senior Product Advisors.
