Job summary

Auris is seeking a Payroll Client Advisor to prospect and present Auris Payroll solutions to small and mid-sized merchants, aiming to close deals in a fast sales cycle. You will report to a Payroll Division Manager and work with a Territory Manager to drive new business.

During training you will be guided by leadership and learn the Atlas CRM-based process for lead gen, presentations, and contract processing.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Valid Driver’s License and automobile insurance.
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check.
• Must live in area relative to job posting location.
• At least two years of relevant experience.
• Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills.
• Works well independently and as part of a team.
• Professional demeanor and integrity.
• High sense of urgency and sales talent.
• Able to be in the field about 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new clients.
• Maintain client records in the CRM (Atlas).
• Achieve minimum production requirements and secure appointments.
• Develop knowledge of product portfolio and fintech trends.
• Attend weekly meetings with leadership.
• Ad hoc responsibilities as needed.
