Job summary

Auris is hiring a Payroll Client Advisor to prospect and present Auris Payroll solutions to small and mid-sized merchants. You will report to a Payroll Division Manager and leverage Atlas CRM to close deals in a fast sales cycle, with coaching during training and potential for 100% commission and residuals after ramp-up.

Initial training with PDM/PTM will cover lead generation, on-the-spot analysis, and paperless contracts.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age
• Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check
• Must live in area relative to job posting location
• At least two years of relevant experience
• Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills
• Works well independently and as part of a team
• Professional demeanor and integrity
• High sense of urgency and sales talent
• Enjoys cold-calling and face-to-face interaction
• Accountable for measurable, high-quality results
• Ability to be in the field 50% of the time
