Job summary

Auris is seeking a Payroll Client Advisor to prospect and present Auris Payroll solutions to small and mid-sized merchants and businesses. You will close deals within a fast sales cycle, reporting to the Payroll Division Manager and coaching from the Territory Manager.

You will train with the PDM/PTM and then set your own schedule to maximize 100% commission upside, residuals, and portfolio equity from the business you bring in.

Qualifications

• At least two years of relevant sales experience.
• Able to work in a field-based role across the Boulder area.
• Strong prospecting, presentation, and networking skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new clients and run Auris Payroll presentations in person and by phone.
• Maintain client records in Atlas CRM with accurate call notes and contacts.
• Meet minimum production requirements and close wins in a fast sales cycle.
• Stay current on Auris product portfolio and fintech developments.
• Attend weekly team meetings and one-on-one with leadership.
