Auris, now Acrisure’s payroll and HR partner, seeks a Payroll Territory Manager in the Buffalo area. You will prospect, present, and close payroll solutions for small to mid-sized businesses, coordinating with the Payroll Division Manager and training Senior Product Advisors.
The role blends field work with coaching, using Atlas CRM for lead generation and contracts. Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong prospecting, communication, and presentation skills, plus at least two years of relevant
Competenze
- Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation and networking skills.
- Must live in area relative to job posting location.
- At least two years of relevant experience required.
Mansioni
- Prospect new clients into Payroll/HCM services.
- Maintain client records in Atlas CRM and company policies.
- Achieve minimum production requirements and secure first appointments.
- Build knowledge of product portfolio and fintech developments.
- Attend weekly team meetings and one-on-one with leader.
- Provide training and coaching to Senior Product Advisors.
- Report status to Payroll Division Manager and collaborate cross-functionally.
