Auris, now part of Acrisure, is seeking a Payroll Territory Manager to drive new business in Payroll/HCM for small to mid-sized merchants. You’ll run presentations, set appointments, and close deals in a fast cycle, with training and ongoing coaching from the PDM and senior advisors.

This role blends in-field prospecting with tablet-based CRM tools to analyze client needs and close sales. During training you’ll shadow the PDM and SPAs, then independently schedule and execute client visits.

Qualifications

• Prospecting new clients into Payroll/HCM services domain.
• Maintain client records in Atlas CRM and ensure data accuracy.
• Achieve minimum production requirements and secure first meetings.
• Train and coach Senior Product Advisors (SPAs) under supervision.
• Collaborate with PDM to schedule appointments with business owners.

Responsabilités

• Prospect new clients into our Payroll/HCM services realm.
• Maintain existing/prospective client records in Atlas CRM.
• Achieve minimum production requirements, including setting first-time appointments, to secure a WIN.
• Continuously build knowledge of product portfolio and fintech developments.
• Attend weekly team meetings and one-on-one with leader.
• Train and coach Senior Product Advisors (SPAs).
• Provide status updates to reporting PDM.
• Other responsibilities as needed.
