Auris is seeking a Payroll Client Advisor to prospect and run Auris Payroll presentations for small and mid-sized merchants, closing deals in a fast sales cycle. You will report to a Payroll Division Manager and receive coaching from a Territory Manager to upsell Auris products and services.

During training you’ll learn the short-cycle sales process using Salesforce, then set your own schedule to maximize 100% commission and residuals while building your client portfolio in the Illinois area.

Competenze

• 18 years of age or older.
• Valid Driver’s License and valid automobile insurance.
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check.
• Must live in area relative to job posting location.
• At least two years of relevant experience.
• Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills.
• Works well independently and as part of a team.
• Professional demeanor and impeccable integrity.
• High sense of urgency and innate sales talent.
• Enjoys cold-calling and speaking with people face to face.
• Accountable for measurable, high-quality, timely results.
• Ability to be in the field, a minimum of 50% of the time.

• Build knowledge of Auris products/services and stay updated on fintech changes.
• Attend weekly team meetings and one-on-one with leaders.
