Job summary

Acrisure is seeking a Payroll Territory Manager to prospect, present, and close Auris Payroll solutions for small and mid-sized businesses. You will train Senior Product Advisors and collaborate with the Payroll Division Manager to drive fast-cycle sales using Atlas CRM.

Expect field-based work with regular appointments, ongoing learning of our product portfolio, and uncapped weekly commissions plus portfolio residuals. Competitive benefits and 401(k) matching are included.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older and valid driver’s license
• Minimum two years of relevant sales experience
• Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to be in the field roughly 50% of the time

Responsibilities

• Prospect new clients for Payroll/HCM services
• Maintain client records in Atlas CRM with notes and contact details
• Set first-time appointments to secure a WIN
• Build product knowledge and stay updated on fintech developments
• Train and coach Senior Product Advisors
• Provide status updates to the Payroll Division Manager
