Auris is seeking a Payroll Territory Manager to prospect and close payroll/HCM solutions for small to mid-sized businesses. You will train Senior Product Advisors, manage client relationships, and coordinate with the Payroll Division Manager to optimize a fast sales cycle.

You will work in the field up to 50% of the time, with onsite collaboration and a tablet-based CRM workflow using Atlas for lead gen, proposals, and paperless contracts.

Formación

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license and automobile insurance.
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check.
• Must live in area relative to job posting location.
• At least two years of relevant experience.
• Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills.

Responsabilidades

• Prospect new clients into Payroll/HCM services.
• Maintain client records in Atlas CRM and related systems.
• Achieve minimum production requirements and set appointments.
• Build knowledge of product portfolio and financial technology trends.
• Attend weekly team meetings and one-on-one with leader.
• Train and coach Senior Product Advisors.
• Provide status updates to the Payroll Division Manager.
• Additional duties as needed.
