Job summary

Auris, a payroll and HR partner for small and medium-sized businesses, seeks a Division Manager to drive market penetration through targeted payroll campaigns. You will recruit, interview, and develop Territory Managers and Payroll Client Advisors while reporting to a regional VP.

This role requires coaching, strategic planning, and leadership across a defined region. You will manage and motivate a sales team to meet monthly production goals, maintain client records in Salesforce, and

Qualifications

• Requires 3–5 years of outside sales and sales management experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and lead a team to meet monthly sales goals
• Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with strong problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities
