Job summary

Auris, the payroll and HR partner built for small and medium-sized businesses, is seeking a Payroll Client Advisor to prospect and run presentations to close deals in a fast sales cycle. You will report to a Payroll Division Manager and receive coaching from a Territory Manager, with CRM activity in Salesforce to manage leads and opportunities.

During training you will be guided by your PDM/PTM, after which you can set your own schedule to maximize the upside of 100% commission and residuals on

Qualifications

• Two years of relevant B2B sales experience.
• Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation and networking skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new clients and set appointments.
• Maintain client records in Salesforce CRM with timely notes.
• Achieve minimum production requirements to secure wins.
• Stay up-to-date on Auris product portfolio and fintech industry.
• Attend weekly team meetings and one-on-one with leaders.
• Handle additional duties as needed.
