Job summary

Auris, the payroll and HR partner trusted by thousands of small and mid-size businesses, is hiring a Division Manager in the Los Angeles area. You will recruit, build, and lead a regional team of Territory Managers and Payroll Client Advisors, driving new revenue and ensuring client satisfaction with Auris’s payroll solutions.

You will coach teams, manage the sales cycle end-to-end, and stay ahead of fintech developments.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 and older.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check.
• Successful completion of DMAP Training.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, capable of speaking before groups.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks to maintain monthly sales results.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and complete objectives.
• Deep understanding of the full sales cycle.
• Working knowledge of sales processes and industry trends.
• Creative problem-solving orientation.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and interview to grow the sales team.
• Manage regional performance and hold the team accountable for sales goals.
• Coach field employees to overcome challenges.
• Maintain client records in CRM (Salesforce) per policy.
• Stay current on product/service portfolio and fintech updates.
• Provide status updates to VP/SVP.
• Lead weekly team meetings and monthly trainings.
• Complete DMAP Training and related development programs.
