Job summary

Auris, a payroll and HR partner for small and medium businesses, seeks a Division Manager to drive market penetration with targeted payroll campaigns. You will recruit, interview, and develop a team of Territory Managers and Payroll Client Advisors, while aligning regional objectives with corporate sales policies.

You will build partnerships across internal teams, report to a VP, and ensure productive monthly results while maintaining client records and staying ahead of industry changes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years outside sales and sales management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training/experience.
• Strong emotional and social intelligence and adaptability.
• Ability to lead, coach, and build high-performing teams.
• Effective communication and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and interview Territory Managers and Payroll Client Advisors.
• Manage region and drive monthly sales production targets.
• Coach field staff and develop TM business plans.
• Maintain client records in CRM (Atlas) and ensure data quality.
• Lead weekly team meetings and monthly training sessions.
