Job summary

Auris is seeking a Division Manager to drive market penetration through targeted payroll campaigns and lead a regional team of Territory Managers and Payroll Client Advisors. You will recruit, train, and coach staff, develop business plans, and collaborate across internal and external partners to grow Auris’s payroll solutions in a defined region.

The role requires steering monthly sales goals, building partnerships, and ensuring adherence to sales policies while coordinating with the VP/SVP.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Background check completed.
• DMAP Training completed.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including effective speaking before groups.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain monthly sales results.
• Strong interpersonal skills; independent work.
• Field work at least 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and interview to grow the sales team.
• Manage region and ensure team achieves productive sales goals.
• Coach field employees and address challenges.
• Maintain CRM records in Atlas.
• Develop knowledge of product/service portfolio and fintech trends.
• Provide status updates to VP/SVP.
• Lead weekly team meetings and one-on-one with team members.
• Conduct monthly team training sessions.
