Job summary

Auris, a payroll and HR partner built for small and medium-sized businesses, seeks a Division Manager to drive market penetration in payroll solutions. You will lead a team of Territory Managers and Payroll Client Advisors, responsible for direct sales in a defined region and related products.

As DM, you will recruit, interview, deploy divisional communications, develop TMs and CPAs, and align with internal and external partners to meet monthly production goals while upholding corporate policies

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Outside sales and sales management experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lead and develop a sales team.
• Strong knowledge of the sales process and cycle.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and interview to grow the sales team.
• Manage region and drive monthly sales goals.
• Coach field employees and support teams.
• Maintain CRM records (Atlas) with client interactions.
• Stay current on product portfolio and fintech trends.
• Provide status updates to VP/SVP.
• Lead weekly team meetings and one-on-one coaching.
• Conduct monthly training sessions.
• Complete DMAP training.
• Drive selling metrics and build a strong team.
