Job summary

ADP is hiring hybrid Associate Client Support Consultants to serve as the front-line contact for clients with 1–49 employees, delivering timely payroll solutions and maintaining high client satisfaction.

You will provide phone and written support, partner across units, and continually update knowledge of payroll, compliance, and ADP products. Overtime may be required during peak seasons; Spanish fluency is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in a customer service environment or as an HR/HRIS practitioner.
• Ability to work overtime hours during peak seasons.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on clarity and client trust.
• Comfortable in a metrics-driven call center environment.
• Spanish fluency is a plus.
• A college degree is desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide phone and written support to clients, troubleshooting and resolving payroll-related issues.
• Partner with multiple business units to deliver a seamless client experience.
• Continuously upgrade knowledge of payroll, federal and state compliance, and ADP products.
• Adhere to a daily schedule and manage a high volume of inbound calls, including peak season demand.
