Job summary

ADP is hiring Associate Client Support Consultants to provide client support for ADP's payroll product. This hybrid role combines office and remote work and serves as the front line for resolving client challenges, including issue resolution, training users, and more.

The responsibilities include helping clients manage their business using ADP solutions, partnering with multiple business units for a seamless experience, and staying updated on payroll compliance and SOPs.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in a customer service environment or as an HR/HRIS practitioner with system experience.
• Ability to work overtime hours during peak seasons.
• College degree is a plus but not required; military experience demonstrating teamwork, adaptability, organization, and follow-through is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Help clients manage their business using ADP solutions, including troubleshooting and probing to resolve payroll issues.
• Partner with multiple business units to provide a seamless client experience.
• Continuously update knowledge and skills on payroll, federal and state compliance, SOPs, administrative practices, and desktop support tools.
• Maintain a daily schedule to handle a high volume of inbound calls, with peak periods such as the year-end year-closing.
